This Policy applies to our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you may access through Portfocare.

5. Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location derived from IP.
6. Communication data: messages or feedback you send to us.
7. Recruiter interaction data: opt-in status, recruiter views, and talent pool metadata.
8. Payment data: if paid features are enabled, we receive billing metadata from payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

We do not require sensitive personal data. If your resume contains sensitive data (for example, health or identity details), it is processed only for your own portfolio and consultation, and never shared without explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal data without consent. If you opt in to the recruiter pool, we may grant recruiters access to your profile and may monetize access to the platform itself. You can revoke this consent at any time.

When you publish a portfolio, the URL may be public and discoverable by search engines. You control whether your portfolio is published and what information it includes. If you remove or unpublish content, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from our systems and caches, but third-party caches and search engines may retain copies.

Portfocare may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we use contractual safeguards to protect data when transferring it across borders.
