Portfocare provides tools to create and host portfolio websites, generate resume insights, and optionally connect with recruiters. The Services may evolve over time and may include free and paid features.
Our consultation features provide informational guidance and best practices. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes. You remain responsible for your final resume, portfolio, and professional decisions.
When you publish a portfolio, it may be publicly accessible and discoverable by search engines. You control what you publish. You can unpublish or delete your portfolio at any time, subject to reasonable processing delays.
AI-generated feedback and parsing are provided on a best-effort basis. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and verify any AI-generated content before using it.
Participation in the recruiter pool is optional. If you opt in, recruiters may view or contact you based on your consent settings. You can revoke consent at any time.
Some features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully.
Portfocare and its logos, design, and software are owned by Portfocare and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use our branding without permission.
The Services may integrate third-party platforms (such as authentication, hosting, or analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services and their policies.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portfocare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Portfocare from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Portfocare is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised Terms on this page.
